Job Overview
Customer Engagement Specialist

Serves as a vital link between sales teams and clients. This position involves both making and receiving calls to assist in scheduling appointments for clients to meet with sales representatives. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of our offerings, proactively reaching out to potential clients using provided contact lists, managing incoming inquiries, and addressing fundamental questions regarding our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate meetings between potential clients and sales personnel.
  • Maintain an organized record of calls, including missed connections.
  • Make follow-up attempts to reach prospective clients.
  • Report recurring product-related issues to management for resolution.
  • Accurately log all communications in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions as required.
  • Follow up on leads to convert them into scheduled appointments.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Identify sales opportunities and promote additional products or services.
  • Keep precise records of customer interactions.
  • Adhere to company scripts and communication guidelines.
  • Achieve or surpass sales objectives and quotas.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet team targets.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Essential Skills and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and computer skills; exceptional listening abilities; attention to detail; professional phone demeanor; persuasive and results-driven.
  • Ability to safeguard the confidentiality of company and client information.
  • Experience in outreach methods such as cold calling, messaging, or emailing.
  • Possess entrepreneurial traits, including logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
  • Professionalism in all communications, with fast and accurate typing skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and capability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Must pass background checks and drug screening.
  • Prior experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Proficient in various computer systems and software applications.
  • Sales experience is advantageous.
