Job Summary

The Timepiece Ambassador is responsible for creating a memorable client experience by showcasing our luxury timepieces and jewelry. This role requires a passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain product knowledge on our brands, collections, and pieces.
  • Confidently present products to clients, incorporating storytelling and technical detail.
  • Build and maintain a clientele through relationship building and effective communication.
  • Support the client experience within showroom hospitality guidelines.
  • Perform administrative tasks and duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required.
  • 1 year retail sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent storytelling ability, client service, and selling skills.
  • Ability to work as a team and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions

  • Flexibility to accommodate showroom hours, including evenings and weekends.
