**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team at a well-established civil litigation law firm in Melbourne, FL.

**Responsibilities:**

* Manage case files and ensure compliance with the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure
* Draft and file pleadings via the State of Florida E-Portal
* Prepare discovery and discovery responses
* Summarize medical records and billing charges
* Interact with expert witnesses
* Assist with trial preparation and legal research
* Record billable hours

**Requirements:**

* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Dropbox, and OneDrive
* Experience with Clio and FasterSuite is a plus
* 3+ years of experience in civil litigation
