Litigation Paralegal Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our team at Andrew Pickett Law PLLC. As a Litigation Paralegal, you will play a critical role in supporting our attorneys in preparing for and conducting trials.

• Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and complaints, in a timely and accurate manner.
• E-file all court documents in state and federal court, ensuring compliance with relevant rules and regulations.
• Manage client care and maximize case value through diligent medical management.
• Communicate effectively with clients, court personnel, counsel, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct thorough legal research and factual investigations to support case development.
• Prepare discovery documents, interrogatories, and responses, and coordinate and summarize depositions.
• Prepare trial binders and exhibits, and draft pleadings, motions, and appellate documents.
• Perform administrative duties, including calendar management, case file organization, and logistics coordination.
• Maintain accurate records of pleadings and discovery indexes, and organize exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs, and appendices.
• Aid attorneys with interrogatories and other discovery requests, and gather relevant information from various sources.
• Liaise between trial teams and internal/external third parties, and assist with witness preparation and case settlements.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage workload with minimal supervision.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
• Proficient in technology software, including databases, and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field, and 2 years of litigation experience, preferably in Personal Injury or other injury-related practice areas.
