Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team at Jobot. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Dropbox, and OneDrive.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage case files and ensure compliance with the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure.
  • Draft and file pleadings via the State of Florida E-Portal.
  • Prepare discovery and discovery responses.
  • Prepare subpoenas to obtain records.
  • Summarize medical records and billing charges.
  • Interact with expert witnesses.
  • Assist with trial preparation and legal research.
  • Record billable hours.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in civil litigation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Dropbox, and OneDrive.
  • Experience with Clio and FasterSuite is a plus.
