Key Responsibilities- Meet with insureds to explain coverage and estimate damages
- Help insureds through the claims process while providing exceptional service
- Work with our team to resolve claims in a timely and efficient manner
- Excellent customer service and decision-making skills
- Physical agility to perform tasks such as walking, bending, and climbing ladders
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and irregular shifts
- Valid driver's license
- Xactimate and XactContents experience
- Relevant claims adjusting experience and/or construction background
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
