The Impact You'll Make in this Role
  • Lead strategic and annual operating plan processes, including strategy formulation for the largest business in Solventum, executive-level communication, and driving execution.
  • Develop rigorous, fact-based, quantitative analysis to support recommendations; ensure strategic and financial soundness and alignment for any recommendations provided.
  • Partner across functions to support business growth through ongoing business rhythms such as quarterly business reviews, commercialization reviews, etc.
  • Support execution of Enterprise initiatives in collaboration with Corporate Strategy and Corporate FP&A.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher AND 10 years of combined experience in strategy, business development, and/or marketing in a private, public, government, or military environment.
  • High School Diploma/GED from AND 14 years of combined experience in strategy, business development, and/or marketing in a private, public, government, or military environment.
  • Five (5) years of experience in healthcare, MedTech, pharmaceutical, and/or life science industries in a private, public, government, or military environment.
Additional Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Business Administration from an accredited institution.
  • Five (5) years of combined experience of deal-related activity in M&A, corporate ventures, and/or strategic partnerships in a private, public, government, or military environment.
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, including solid understanding of financial and statistical analysis.
  • Hypothesis-driven, problem-solving orientation with ability to leverage both quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive decision-making.
  • Ability to synthesize structured and unstructured data into a narrative and insights.
  • Action-oriented and able to manage multiple workstreams to drive execution and results.

The expected compensation range for this position is $222,044 - $271,387, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
