About the Job

This role will partner with program managers and cross-functional partners to consolidate project requirements, priorities, roadmaps, milestones, and status for key stakeholders. The successful candidate will also work with Product Owners and engineering teams to implement business solutions, define product roadmaps, and measure progress using established metrics.

Responsibilities

  3. Define product roadmaps and establish metrics to measure progress
  4. Build internal customer and stakeholder relationships to manage expectations and agree on clear objectives and timelines
  5. Identify risks and take proactive measures to ensure project success
  6. Manage competing priorities and simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment
  7. Develop subject matter expertise and stay up-to-date on technology trends
  8. Switch from program-level to task-level issues to drive project completion
  9. Communicate team programs and reduce surprises by proactively managing risks
  10. Seek opportunities to create efficiencies through automation

Requirements

  • Minimum five years' experience in Technical Program Management, preferably in a related industry
  • Minimum five years' Agile development experience
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing multiple large, complex projects across cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to develop business relationships and work successfully with people at all levels of management
  • Strong communication skills, including presentation skills for executive-level stakeholders
  • Experience managing program/project-level budgeting and financial tracking
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate project teams
  • Ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization
  • Technical and/or data-related acumen as a project manager

Compensation and Benefits

  • $122,000+ annual salary, plus discretionary bonus
