Prowess Consulting, a Minority/Women-owned Business Enterprise (WMBE) in Washington, is seeking a skilled Technical Compliance Specialist to join our team.

As a Technical Compliance Specialist at Prowess Consulting, you will play a key role in driving compliance initiatives across engineering teams. This full-time position requires on-site work 2-3 days a week and only candidates residing in the greater Seattle area will be considered.

The successful candidate will own and drive compliance sign-off activities, manage experience inventory spreadsheets, and coordinate meetings to review new experiences and classify them for compliance. They will also be responsible for updating relevant compliance content, opening ADO work items, and tracking completion of compliance requirements.

This role requires strong communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate complex requirements to Engineering and PM communities. Experience using Azure Dev Ops (ADO) and PowerBI is highly valued.
