Build the Future of Data Security
Snowflake Computing seeks an experienced Cybersecurity Program Manager to drive strategic and highly visible security programs. This individual will leverage their technical program management expertise, creative thinking, and strong communication skills to make a significant impact on Snowflake's security landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Design and Deliver Impactful Security Programs: Develop and execute comprehensive security strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational impact.
- Translate Security Objectives into Execution Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate high-level security goals into actionable plans and deliverables.
- Bring Strategic Technical Judgment: Apply data-driven insights and technical expertise to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
- Understand Complex Issues and Develop Simplifying Frameworks: Identify and address complex security challenges by developing clear, concise frameworks for broader organizational understanding.
- Take Ownership of Program Deliverables: Lead cross-functional teams to drive results and ensure timely delivery of program objectives.
- Manage Operational Aspects of Technical Programs: Oversee day-to-day operational aspects of technical programs from requirements workshops through post-launch retrospectives.
Requirements:
- 8+ Years of Technical Program Management Experience: Proven track record of delivering business value in technical program management or cybersecurity roles.
- BA/BS/Masters in Technology-Related Field: Equivalent years of experience working in technical program management or cybersecurity.
The ideal candidate will possess a can-do attitude, excellent technical program management capabilities, and strong communication skills. They will be able to provide leadership and clarity in challenging situations and work effectively with virtual and global cross-functional teams.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings, and professional development opportunities.
