Key Responsibilities:

With minimal oversight, the Customer Service Center Lead will manage the daily functions of our call center, including:
  • Staff scheduling
  • Supervision of call center personnel
  • Coaching and development
  • Addressing escalated customer concerns
  • Overseeing administrative tasks related to daily operations
Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening is mandatory. Heart is a drug-free workplace, including marijuana.

• A valid, insurable driver's license and driving record are necessary.

Experience:
  • 4 years of supervisory experience
  • 2 years of customer service experience
Equipment Utilized:
  • Computer, cell phone, or tablet
  • Company-issued cell phone
Job Specific Requirements:
  • This position requires physical presence in our service area. Remote work is not an option for this role.
