Requirements


A minimum of Bachelor's degree in business, energy, engineering, or a related field of study.
A minimum of 8+ years of experience in energy efficiency or a related field.
3+ years of direct supervisory experience.
Proven success in developing and implementing project plans, scopes, and budgets.
Previous contract development and negotiation experience.
