Rent Solutions, a prominent Residential Leasing and Property Management firm, is seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to drive growth and partnerships within the real estate industry.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be organized, and have a strong work ethic to establish and nurture relationships with local professionals.

Key responsibilities include researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities, using our CRM system for accurate tracking of prospective partners, and nurturing current referral partner relationships while attracting new ones.

In addition to these primary duties, the successful candidate will also research and recommend business development strategies to further expand Rent Solutions' reach and presence in the market.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $70,000 plus weekly commission, monthly bonuses, and a monthly gas allowance.

Required qualifications include a Florida Real Estate License or currently enrolled in the class, organizational skills, competency with social media and marketing software, and strong interpersonal skills.
