About the Role:
The Program Coordinator - Operations Specialist is a key member of the Program Operations Team at Tufts University, responsible for coordinating undergraduate programming and providing administrative support to graduate, co-curricular, and community programs and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate undergraduate programming, ensuring seamless execution and positive outcomes.
- Support faculty needs to achieve teaching excellence, providing an exemplary student experience.
- Contribute to the organization and execution of academic and co-curricular events.
- Develop effective relationships across the University, working collaboratively with team members to achieve programmatic goals.
- Think critically and independently to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or associate degree and 0-3 years of experience.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience coordinating programs and managing deadlines.
