Your Role in Our Mission

As a Test Engineer at Gainwell, you will be part of a collaborative team that drives the creation of purpose-built solutions and technologies that improve healthcare outcomes. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading large testing teams and executing testing strategies
  • Developing and executing test plans, including estimating resource requirements and project timelines
  • Representing testing as a leader within internal and client-facing leadership teams
  • Providing burndowns, metrics, and status reporting to leadership teams
  • Mentoring test leads and team members to ensure compliance with testing standards
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a seasoned Test Engineer with:

  • 10+ years of experience in leading and delivering large-scale testing efforts, preferably with Medicaid testing experience
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills in System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing
  • Strong understanding of requirement, design specifications, testing strategy, and functional test specifications
  • Experience with testing processes and tools, including ALM
  • Ability to create testing metrics and report on testing-related aspects of the project
