Job Description

Gravity Global is a leading marketing consultancy that specializes in complex markets. We're looking for a skilled Account Manager to join our team.

As an Account Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring effective communication and understanding of their needs. You'll translate client requirements into actionable plans, providing timely responses and clearly outlining next steps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Service: Provide day-to-day contact for clients on projects and initiatives, ensuring effective communication and understanding of their needs.
  • Project Management: Assume ownership of project workflows, creating and managing timelines to meet project objectives.
  • Effective Communication: Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, fostering collaboration between internal and external teams.
  • Estimates and Proposals: Prepare initial drafts of estimates and proposals, emphasizing transparency in project scope, costs, and expectations.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Work with global teams and talent to provide comprehensive solutions aligning with client objectives.
  • Attention to Detail: Serve as the meticulous proofer and final reviewer for all materials, upholding the highest standards of precision and quality.
  • Problem Solving: Exhibit creative and solution-oriented problem-solving skills, addressing challenges and proposing innovative solutions.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in an agency environment, with a track record of successful projects.
  • Experience serving B2B clients is a plus.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office products, including Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Proficiency in project management platforms like Asana; experience with HubSpot and NetSuite is beneficial.
  • Able to collaborate with both internal teams and clients alike.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adept at working autonomously.
  • Adept at creative problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
