Job Title: Special Education Teacher

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly qualified Special Education Teacher to join our team at Soliant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in special education and be able to provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students with diverse needs.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
* Provide instruction and support to students in a self-contained, inclusion, or resource setting
* Collaborate with general education teachers and other support staff to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to student learning
* Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed of student progress and involve them in the educational process

Requirements:

* Valid Pennsylvania teaching certification in special education
* 1+ years of experience working with students with special needs
* Strong knowledge of special education laws and regulations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
