Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement pedagogical measures to support student growth and development
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop lesson plans tailored to the needs and abilities of our students
- Accompany students on extracurricular activities and excursions, fostering a sense of community and social responsibility
- Monitor and document student progress, providing regular feedback to the team
- Completed training as an educator or equivalent qualification
- Experience working with children with special needs is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
- Empathy, patience, and resilience, with a commitment to creating a supportive learning environment
