Position Overview

Frank Boucher Chevrolet Cadillac of Racine is seeking a Sales Manager to lead our new vehicle sales department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving profitability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sales personnel to achieve sales targets and customer retention goals.
  • Oversee standards for the facility and new vehicles to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Plan and execute community and partner business promotions to drive sales.
  • Manage the supply, inventory, and marketability of new vehicles to maximize profitability.
  • Review forecasts and profits for your department with the General Sales Manager.
  • Work with the General Sales Manager on advertising plans, sales promotions, staffing needs, lease promotions, and compensation plans.
  • Oversee the productivity and growth of the Internet Sales Team.
  • Attend to customer issues and drive a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

We prefer sales managers with at least a year in a dealership sales environment, but retail experience in any sales industry merits consideration.

Must be comfortable managing people, and management personnel require strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees, and vendors as they represent the dealership.

They are required to maintain the department's profitability while controlling expenses and maintaining customer satisfaction, understand and keep abreast of the federal, state, and local regulations that affect their operations, but must also comply with these regulations.

A valid state sales license is required.
