About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Associate to join our team at AE Studio. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for creating and nurturing relationships with our current and targeted partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow mutual customer adoption and revenue growth within our partner ecosystem
  • Establish yourself as a trusted resource for sales and leadership at AE Studio
  • Actively partner with cross-functional teams to optimize GTM strategy
  • Deeply understand client needs for development, data science, and design solutions
  • Work with and learn from 10x devs, designers, and data scientists

About You

We are looking for a collaborative team player who is open to feedback and coaching. You should have at least 1-2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably with software / SaaS solutions / Consulting / Web3 / other-cool-world-changing-stuff.

You should be a self-starter with demonstrated resilience and growth mindset. You should be comfortable with change in a hyper-growth environment and flexible, with an ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

You should be hungry to learn about new ideas every day and truly enjoy your work and get stuff done.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range from $65k/year to $80k/year. We also provide resources for you to grow and learn on the job, including Udemy classes, books, participation in events, mentoring, and the latest generation hardware.

We have a remote work policy and offer equity in some of our client projects and Skunkworks projects we incubate.
