Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at CAI. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining Business Intelligence systems, creating data-driven strategies, analyzing data, delivering reports and visualizations, collaborating with stakeholders, mentoring team members, and staying updated on industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain Business Intelligence systems and data warehousing solutions
  • Create and implement Business Intelligence strategies and tools to support business decision-making data
  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources, including structured and unstructured data
  • Develop and maintain data models and data mappings
  • Create and deliver reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to support business decision making
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other departments to define and prioritize Business Intelligence requirements
  • Research and evaluate new Business Intelligence technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
  • Mentor and train other team members on Business Intelligence best practices
  • Communicate with stakeholders and provide regular updates on project progress and status
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 8 years of expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas: SAP Business Warehouse (BW) and SAP Business Objects (BOBJ)
  • Desired: BEx Query Designer, SAP Budget and Planning (SBP), SAP ABAP
Physical Demands:

The ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards. Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.
