Strategic Marketing Leader

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team at Renewal by Andersen. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving appointment generation through multi-media marketing and local product awareness.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. They will have a minimum of 5 years of management experience, with a proven track record of appointment generation in traditional, non-traditional, and digital marketing.
The Marketing Manager will work closely with the CFO, Sales Team, ISC Team, and Event Team to coordinate marketing logistics and track marketing data. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to deliver weekly, monthly, and annual appointment goals.
The Marketing Manager will have strong leadership, analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills. They will be proficient in database management and mining, including Microsoft products. The ideal candidate will also have a strong working knowledge of marketing communications, sales promotion, advertising, and business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement marketing strategies to deliver weekly, monthly, and annual appointment goals
- Work closely with the CFO, Sales Team, ISC Team, and Event Team to coordinate marketing logistics and track marketing data
- Develop and implement inclusion of corporate sponsored marketing opportunities
- Serve as project leader for all marketing campaigns, leading meetings and ensuring creative is on brand
- Measure performance resulting from each campaign to ensure success
- Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new marketing business partners and vendors
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of management experience with a proven track record of appointment generation in traditional, non-traditional, and digital marketing
- Strong leadership, analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills
- Proficient in database management and mining, including Microsoft products
- Strong working knowledge of marketing communications, sales promotion, advertising, and business strategies
