Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team at Creative Office Pavilion. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving prefabricated construction sales and marketing efforts within your assigned location.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and engage potential customers, build relationships, and develop a strong business development plan to win project opportunities.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain expert-level product and process knowledge to successfully implement projects.
- Client Management: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including estimators, project managers, and field superintendents, to successfully implement projects and develop repeat client business.
- Marketing and Sales: Utilize marketing and sales strategies to promote prefabricated construction products and solutions to potential clients.
- Education: 4-year college degree with a focus on design, architecture, or construction preferred.
- Experience: Relevant work experience, including design, architectural, or construction background preferred.
- Skills: Strong marketing and sales capabilities, effective presentation skills, and ability to read floor plans and CD specifications.
- Personal Qualities: Exercise flexibility, initiative, good judgment, and discretion in handling confidential materials and matters.
The work environment is fast-paced, with visits to various sites, including warehouses, construction sites, client sites, and offices.
