Position Summary

As a key representative of our organization, you will be responsible for assisting with troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on various facilities, focusing on electrical maintenance and repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to various locations and procure necessary parts/items as needed.
  • Independently perform general maintenance tasks.
  • Assist in the repair and upkeep of equipment such as pumps, valves, pneumatic controls, and electrical and mechanical devices, including plumbing repairs.
  • Conduct furniture relocations and minor HVAC maintenance under supervision.
  • Support the installation and adjustment of building systems.
  • Inspect electrical distribution systems and oversee life safety/fire systems.
  • Comply with all safety regulations and maintain a professional appearance.
  • Continuously seek ways to enhance customer satisfaction while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Plan and execute work that requires a thorough understanding of electrical/electronic and mechanical principles.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Technical training or relevant experience in electrical and HVAC systems.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Familiarity with maintenance tools, materials, and supplies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent, with 3-10 years of experience in commercial facilities and maintenance. Must possess basic hand tools and a battery drill.

Work Environment:

The work environment includes a variety of spaces, requiring safety glasses and exposure to dust, odors, and noise.

Physical Requirements:

This position involves physical activities such as handling tools and small items, lifting objects over 40 lbs, and reaching across and above the work area.
