Position Summary

As a representative of our organization, you will be responsible for assisting with troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs across various facilities, focusing primarily on electrical maintenance and repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to various locations and procure necessary materials as required
  • Independently perform general maintenance tasks.
  • Assist in the repair and upkeep of diverse equipment, including pumps, valves, pneumatic controls, and electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems. Address plumbing issues as needed.
  • Support minor HVAC repairs and furniture relocations under supervision.
  • Assist in the installation and adjustment of building systems.
  • Inspect electrical distribution systems and oversee life safety/fire systems.
  • Comply with all safety regulations and maintain a professional appearance.
  • Continuously seek ways to enhance customer satisfaction while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Plan and execute tasks requiring a thorough understanding of electrical/electronic and mechanical principles.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Technical training or relevant experience in electrical and HVAC systems.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Familiarity with maintenance tools, materials, and supplies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent. 3-10 years of experience in commercial facilities and maintenance. Must possess basic hand tools and a battery drill.

Work Environment

The role involves working in various environments, requiring safety glasses and exposure to dust, odors, and noise.

Physical Requirements

This position demands physical activities such as handling tools and small items, lifting objects over 40 lbs, and performing other physical tasks.
