Job Overview

The Facilities Maintenance Specialist is tasked with the essential upkeep and maintenance of company properties, ensuring that all facilities are in optimal condition. Responsibilities include:

  • Landscaping duties such as mowing, trimming, and weeding across all company grounds.
  • Managing snow removal during winter months.
  • Performing maintenance and repairs on various equipment.
  • Overseeing the upkeep and repair of company buildings.
  • Maintaining the warehouse and managing inventory levels.
  • Executing painting tasks, both interior and exterior, as required or seasonally.
  • Possibly handling supply deliveries as necessary.

  • Must have a valid TWIC or the ability to obtain one.
