Position Summary:
The Service Operations Supervisor is responsible for the comprehensive management of the local service operations. This role is primarily office-based, with responsibilities extending to field oversight.
Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure adherence to all company regulations and guidelines.
- Lead the ADVANCE Technician Training Program at the division.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to apply sound judgment in interpreting policies and procedures.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication across departments.

Work Environment:
This position entails a blend of office duties and fieldwork, classified as essential, requiring presence during all operational conditions.
Educational and Certification Requirements:
A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Experience in the dock and door sector is advantageous. Candidates must obtain forklift and scissor lift certifications within 30 days and complete OSHA 30 certification training within 60 days of employment. Experience in manufacturing, distribution, and service sectors is beneficial.
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams) is preferred.
