We are seeking a highly skilled IT Specialist to join our team at Infosys. As an IT Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping our clients discover and define existing processes, evaluate improvement options, and make recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform nightly batch and month-end processing for multiple production and test systems.
- Provision user accounts with correct access levels within MAStermind.
- Monitor and document processes, and escalate issues to the proper support group.
- Experience with ITSM tools, including Remedy and ServiceNow.
- Supervise a team of 2 and liaise with Business and IT.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
- At least 2 years of experience in Information Technology.
- At least 2 years of experience with Tidal-tool, Informix, batch process execution & monitoring, and Remedy.
- U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ITSM tools, including Remedy and ServiceNow.
- Desire to supervise a team of 2 and liaise with Business and IT.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
