About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Operations Accelerated Development Program. As an Operations Supervisor ADP, you will be part of our Global Supply Chain Organizational Development Department and will have the opportunity to work with our manufacturing or distribution facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Operations Manager in planning daily work schedules and participating in continuous improvement projects
  • Support site safety programs and understand sites accounting and billing departments for production
  • Work with the filling department and filling supervision needs, as well as maintenance & engineering of site equipment and operating procedures
  • Coordinate and plan employee training, development, performance management, and corrective actions
  • Supervise Site Operating teams and exposure to timekeeping and production control systems

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree by the time of this development program
  • Minimum overall GPA of 2.8
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering or related field
  • Previous Co-Op/Internship experience within Sherwin-Williams
  • Previous Internship, Co-op or work experience in a related field
  • Previous experience working in a team-oriented setting
