Job Title: Homeless Family Support Director

Location: Saint Pauls Inc.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Social Services to join our team at Saint Pauls Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality services to homeless adult families residing in our shelter.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve program outcomes
  • Provide direct supervision and support to the onsite case management team
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor and report on program performance, including metrics related to client satisfaction, housing placement, and job readiness
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
  • Participate in community outreach and engagement efforts

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience working with homeless populations, with a focus on family homelessness
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful programs and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
