About the Job

In this role, you will work closely with clients to develop personalized plans for securing and maintaining permanent housing. You will also provide training and support to help clients navigate the complex process of finding and retaining affordable housing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement personalized housing plans for clients
  • Provide training and support to help clients find and retain affordable housing
  • Collaborate with other service providers to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Participate in regular meetings with team members to discuss client cases and share best practices
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track client progress

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least two years of experience working with homeless populations or in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Passion for helping others and commitment to social justice
