Job Description

Rainbow International Restoration of Staten Island is seeking a skilled Administrative Support professional to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to management and staff, including clerical, receptionist, bookkeeping, and project-based work.

Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist with scheduling services and notify customers of service call status
  • Collect monies from all sources and perform other duties as required
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and other computer software
  • Experience in Xactware is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and data entry skills
  • Professional appearance and personality, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, bonus opportunities, and professional development programs.
