Job Overview

The Purchasing Coordinator role at Revival New York is an exciting opportunity to join our team in a fast-paced business environment. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, deliveries, and other logistics-related tasks.

We are looking for a self-driven individual with impeccable math, organizational, and communication skills to thrive in this position. Your ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain composure under pressure will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain.

Responsibilities:

  • Order Management: Place and track orders from intra-company sites and 3rd-party vendors.
  • Liaison Services: Liaise with intra-company locations and 3rd-party suppliers on all incoming order information, including status, shipment, and delivery.
  • Inventory Management: Confirm packing slip items received and enter them into FISHBOWL software.
  • Procurement Coordination: Coordinate with expeditors, schedule shipments resulting from purchasing activities, and troubleshoot orders through the purchasing and shipping processes.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Prepare and file all purchasing-related documents.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' related experience preferred.
  • Impeccable math, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and successfully meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented team player with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
