Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all daily bookkeeping and accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (A/P), Accounts Receivable (A/R), and payroll.
  • Prepare and submit financial reports on a weekly or monthly basis as required.
  • Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual tax preparations.
  • Ensure timely completion of all financial reporting obligations.
  • Maintain the company ledger and manage daily financial transactions.
  • Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
  • Review and process expense reports accurately.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of the audit process.
  • Implement and maintain financial databases and filing systems.
  • Support additional accounting projects as necessary.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper.
  • At least 4 years of experience in tax preparation.
  • Demonstrated experience with A/P, A/R, and payroll.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office and familiarity with various accounting software.
  • Strong mathematical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with care.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
