We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Permanent Tax Bookkeeper to become a vital part of our finance team. This role is essential in ensuring the financial stability and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily bookkeeping and accounting activities, including Accounts Payable (A/P), Accounts Receivable (A/R), and payroll, ensuring compliance with financial policies.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly financial reports as required.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual tax preparations.
- Ensure timely completion of all financial reporting obligations.
- Maintain the company ledger and manage daily financial transactions.
- Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
- Review and process employee expense reports.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of audit processes.
- Implement and maintain financial databases, software systems, and manual filing systems.
- Support various accounting projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper.
- At least 4 years of experience in tax preparation.
- Demonstrated experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and payroll.
- Advanced skills in MS Office and familiarity with accounting software.
- Strong mathematical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Comprehensive knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
