Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will manage all aspects of daily bookkeeping and accounting functions, including but not limited to:
  • Overseeing Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) processes.
  • Handling payroll and ensuring compliance with financial policies.
  • Preparing and submitting tax documentation on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Meeting all financial reporting deadlines.
  • Maintaining the company ledger and managing daily financial transactions.
  • Resolving any accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
  • Reviewing and processing expense reports.
  • Assisting in the audit preparation and coordination.
  • Implementing and maintaining financial databases and filing systems.
  • Supporting other accounting projects as necessary.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper.
2. At least 4 years of experience in tax preparation.

  • Demonstrated experience with A/P, A/R, and payroll.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office and familiarity with accounting software.
  • Strong mathematical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
