Healthcare Customer Care Representative

As a Healthcare Customer Care Representative, you will play a vital role in addressing customer inquiries regarding our health plans through various communication channels, ensuring they receive outstanding service.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Engaging with clients and healthcare professionals through email, phone, and web chat to guarantee a positive and helpful experience with their health cash plan inquiries.
  • Delivering accurate, complete, and timely information to customers.
  • Taking full responsibility for customer inquiries and ensuring they are resolved successfully.
  • Meeting established productivity standards, including call availability and precise processing of customer requests to achieve first-contact resolution.
  • Participating in a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the skills necessary for success.

Work Environment

This position will primarily be home-based, aligning with our flexible working model. However, you may be required to attend periodic meetings at our headquarters as necessary.

About You

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Prior experience in customer service, particularly over the phone.
  • The ability to maintain a consistently positive customer experience, even in challenging situations.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in data entry with a focus on accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proven track record of exceeding customer expectations.
