Job Summary:
As a Sales and Customer Service Representative at Finish Line, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales experiences to our customers. Your primary focus will be on performing sales and customer service tasks, including cashiering, stock room upkeep, and store upkeep as needed. You will also be responsible for maintaining company standards regarding personal sales metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform sales and customer service responsibilities
Perform cashiering, stock room upkeep, and store upkeep as needed
Maintain company standards regarding personal sales metrics

Physical Demands:
Requires standing for approximately 8 hours per day, usually 5 days per week
May require stooping and kneeling to place merchandise on customer's feet, as well as reaching and pulling to obtain or stock merchandise on storage racks
May be required to climb ladder or ascend/descend stairs to stock and/or acquire merchandise for sale
Required to lift items weighing up to lbs regularly, with occasional heavier weights

Benefits:
Store Associate pay range: $15.00 per hour
Eligible for company 401K plan
Full-time roles eligible for medical, dental, vision, sick leave, parental leave, and company-paid time off
