About the Position

We are seeking an experienced civil engineer to contribute to our team in Honolulu, Hawaii. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of related experience and a strong desire to grow, collaborate, and innovate. In this role, the successful candidate will perform civil site design for Federal clients across the United States and the Pacific. Projects will span multiple markets and geographies, offering opportunities to broaden knowledge and deepen skill sets related to design projects. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can work independently.

Experience and Qualifications
  • Professional Engineer License is preferred
  • 6+ years of related experience is desired
  • Experience with managing and mentoring junior level staff is desired
  • Proficiency with relevant software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office is required
  • Ability to work well within a team environment, positive attitude, multi-task, and self-motivated to produce high-quality work is essential
  • Ability and desire to learn and grow professionally is a must

Additional Information

Many factors are considered when determining compensation at Pond & Company, including scope and level of position, geographic location, candidate skill, knowledge, and experience. Starting base pay may vary depending on these factors. We anticipate filling this position as a Civil Engineer IV with a salary range of $100,000 to $159,000.
