The ideal candidate for this role is a seasoned construction professional with a passion for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. The salary range for this position is estimated at $155,000 per year, based on industry standards and the complexity of the role.

As a Senior Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing field work on base-building or interior projects, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures regarding safety, scheduling, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include maintaining a safe work environment, creatively solving challenges, communicating effectively with clients and subcontractors, planning and coordinating job site logistics, and mentoring less-experienced employees.

For this role, we are seeking a candidate with a strong background in construction management, ideally with a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in superintendent roles on commercial/industrial construction base-building projects valued at $15 million or more is required. Prior experience collaborating with Washington D.C. Government Department of General Services is highly desirable.
