About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Program Acquisition Director to lead a major acquisition support contract for the Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). This individual will manage multiple teams geographically dispersed and provide oversight, direction, and management for a complex procurement process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversight of all CRG contract performance on associated BPAs, including task orders, as Main Point of Contact.
  • Management of geographically dispersed teams.
  • Lifecycle acquisition management support services, including procurement of goods and services for a federal agency.
  • Contractor acquisition, programmatic, and technical support services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Education, Management Sciences, Psychology, Human Resources Development/Management, or equivalent experience.
  • At least ten years of professional experience as a warranted Contracting Officer for a Federal Agency.
  • Five years of experience in leadership positions coordinating work for large programs.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-task contracts and/or subcontracts.
  • Hands-on experience delivering large programs and multiple BPA task orders.

Location

Washington D.C. and various FEMA Regional Offices (as needed).
