Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a portfolio of Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance accounts.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of new and renewal insurance policies by monitoring client policy expirations.
  • Proactively facilitate the renewal process to maintain client coverage.
  • Support Account Managers, Account Executives, or Producers in workflows related to new and renewal business, including:
    • Conducting thorough client research and gathering necessary underwriting information.
    • Performing Loss Run Analysis.
    • Preparing accurate submissions, including Acord applications and supplemental forms, and distributing them to the market as needed.
    • Binding coverage while adhering to carrier requirements and company policies.
    • Reviewing all policies for discrepancies and coordinating necessary amendments with the carrier.
    • Enhancing client loyalty through the establishment of strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
    • Commitment to ongoing professional development in insurance knowledge and leadership skills.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    Qualifications:
    • Possession of an active Property & Casualty license.
    • 2 to 5 years of experience in commercial lines.
    • Proficiency in PC applications, including MS Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel.
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
