Job Title: Sr. Director, Global Program Leader

As a Sr. Director, Global Program Leader, you will play a critical role in driving the strategy and execution of our antibody product development programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute compound strategies, working closely with the Vice President, Program Development Team Lead.
  • Drive the development and execution of clinical stage development programs, with a focus on delivering value to patients and stakeholders.
  • Partner with Medical, Commercial, Regulatory, and Medical Affairs leaders to problem-solve and drive key workstreams, balancing risk acceptability and expeditious delivery.
  • Develop and lead presentation and discussion for all Stage Gate decisions, updates, and communications to governance and leadership teams.
  • Ensure alignment across subteams and with individual team goals, coaching and guiding Team members to achieve optimal performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in the life sciences, with advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry, with leadership experience in oncology drug development.
  • Clinical development experience required, with late-stage clinical experience preferred.
  • Hands-on BLA/NDA submission experience preferred.
  • Solid business acumen and understanding of financial concepts.
  • Experience working within alliances or with collaboration partners.
  • Strategic agility, with ability to pivot a team based on emerging and/or incomplete data, business drivers, or competitive landscape.
  • Independent ability to manage ambiguity and translate the big picture into specific short- and long-term deliverables.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate across the organization without direct reporting authority.
  • Excellent communication skills.
