Job Title: Water Mitigation Specialist

Salary: $20-$26 per hour, with opportunities for raises based on experience.

Job Description: As a Water Mitigation Specialist, you will work alongside our experienced technicians to remove damaged materials and monitor water damage from multiple locations. You will be provided with workwear and company vehicles to ensure your success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document safety hazards and water damage with photos and moisture readings
  • Operate water extraction equipment to remove excess moisture from homes
  • Assess salvageable material and dispose of non-salvageable material
  • Properly setup, monitor, and takedown drying equipment with care
  • Thoroughly document drying progress with pictures and notes regarding humidity and moisture levels

Requirements: To succeed as a Water Mitigation Specialist, you should have:
  • Ability to lift heavy objects regularly (upwards of 100 lbs.)
  • Experience driving trucks & pulling trailers
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Ability to pass background check
  • Reliable transportation
