Salary and BenefitsThis full-time Water Mitigation Technician position earns a competitive wage of $20-$25 an hour. The job is also eligible for generous benefits including paid time off, medical, dental, vision, paid holidays, and performance bonuses.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will be a motivated team player looking for a growing company to build a long-term career with. As a Water Mitigation - Restoration Technician, you will respond to emergencies as a first responder to clients' homes and businesses. You will work closely with customers to ensure they receive the best possible outcome during this difficult time.

This role requires excellent communication skills, including the ability to express technical information in a clear and concise manner. You must have good communication skills and be friendly and service-oriented.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A valid WA driver's license with at least a 3-year clean driving record
  • Ability to rotate on 24-hr on-call shift, which may include some holidays
  • Live within 40 miles of our office location
  • Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
