Job Title: Senior Program Manager

Freshworks is seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Digital Product & Program Management team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing quarterly planning with stakeholders to understand their needs, while working with resource managers to allocate resourcing toward top priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to Digital Product & Program Management team standards.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues that block or reduce the team's ability to meet business goals.
  • Develop and operationalize new standard operational procedures, documentation, enablement, and adoption.
  • Ensure governance & SOPs set forth are adhered to.
  • Train and document on how to effectively apply and engage with functional teams to get work completed in support of objectives.
  • Coordinate with Product Management and leadership on development of new capabilities where required by Digital programs.
  • Train and cascade the Portfolio-level processes to stakeholders to ensure consistent practices and adherence to standard process.
  • Operationalize content production processes with Digital resources to ensure consistent and efficient time-to-market for content production.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years program management experience ideally in Marketing, Digital, or Brand team with proven ability to work effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including creating well-researched recommendation presentations for executive audiences and clear and persuasive proposals for collaborators.
  • Proven success of influencing and developing productive working relationships with resources and internal or external customers.
  • Track record of successfully driving projects with many cross-dependencies between independent teams and delivering results that are coherent and broadly supported.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large programs, utilizing agile methodologies such as Scrum/Kanban and agile project management tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Preferred Experience/Education:
  • Agile certification: Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Scaled Agile.
  • Project management certification: PMP or similar.

Freshworks offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $170,900-245,640 USD, variable compensation, and a comprehensive benefits package. This role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area and requires an in-office presence three days per week.
