Job Description

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Market Development Manager to lead our clean energy business growth initiatives in Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute market development strategies for the clean energy sector, including battery, solar cell, and hydrogen segments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and identify new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and customers in the clean energy industry.
  • Develop and present technical papers and articles to promote our clean energy solutions.
  • Coordinate regional training programs for the sales force to advise them on strategies, new products, and customer-focused solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience working in clean energy or electron microscope/XPS segments where leadership is required.
  • Experience working in a matrix-structured organization collaborating with global commercial, operations, and marketing teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Ability to travel within region and internationally >25%.
