Job Description
Adept Fasteners is seeking a highly skilled Contract Agreement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for negotiating and executing contract agreements on behalf of our company. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is a strong communicator, has excellent negotiation skills, and is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and interpreting instructions received with contract bid RFQ's, disseminating information to the appropriate departments, and preparing preliminary terms and conditions language for contract bid RFQ responses. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and amending contract documents, as well as maintaining relationships with internal and external customers.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field, 2+ years of work experience in the field of contract management, and proven negotiation skills. Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate and execute contract agreements on behalf of Adept Fasteners.
  • Review and interpret instructions received with contract bid RFQ's.
  • Disseminate information to the appropriate departments.
  • Prepare preliminary terms and conditions language for contract bid RFQ responses.
  • Maintain relationships with internal and external customers.


Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
2+ years of work experience in the field of contract management
Aerospace experience is a plus
Proven negotiation skills
Conflict resolution skills
Strong organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Proficient using Microsoft Office products including: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
