Program Management Specialist

About Knowles Precision Devices
We are seeking a skilled Program Management Specialist to join our team at Knowles Precision Devices. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and overseeing the entire project life cycle from initiation to delivery.
The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. In addition, experience with project management tools and methodologies is highly desirable.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Determine and define project scope and objectives.
- Create long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.
- Identify resources needed to commit to goals and manage resources effectively and efficiently.
- Plan a budget based on the scope of work and resource requirements.
- Track project costs committed to meet the approved budget at all times.
- Serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy.
- Develop and managing project schedules and working plans for team members.
- Communicate with executives of different departments to keep the project aligned with their goals.
- Perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected.
- Adjust schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change.
- Manage contracts with outsources by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution.
- Monitor progress and execute adjustments as necessitated.
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- 5+ years of project management and related experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Frequent travel will be required, domestic and international.
- All applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restriction to ITAR documentation and materials.
- Must be a U.S. citizen, legal permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
