Key Responsibilities:
Oversee, guide, train, and assess the performance of Field Service Technicians. Uphold safety protocols and review documentation and time records.
Recruit, interview, develop, and evaluate service staff. Provide guidance and support to direct reports.
Foster strong customer relationships and enhance customer loyalty. Maintain direct communication with existing or potential clients. Address and resolve any complaints. Prepare service repair estimates, presentations, and cost analyses.
Seek and cultivate new service opportunities. Implement company objectives and policies. Manage documentation, records, and reporting.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma and prior experience as a Field Service Technician.
Experience in a Dispatch or Supervisory role is preferred.
Strong technical and repair expertise.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, motivational, and computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and the capability to operate lift trucks safely.
Work Authorization:
Crown will only employ individuals who are legally authorized to work in the United States. This position does not offer sponsorship for work authorization.
Individuals with temporary visas or those requiring sponsorship for work authorization, either now or in the future, are not eligible for employment.
